Made a peanut butter fluff fat bomb today!! I was having such a bad day but I knew if I saved up my carbs I can feel like I’m cheating on my diet without actually cheating on my diet!! This was so good! It’s on the MyFitnessPal app and satisfied my craving! .
My goal is to eat two big meals a day, relatively close to each other to try this intermittent fasting and it actually was really easy to adapt to. The problem is telling your mind that you are not hungry, you are just bored!!! I need to eliminate those “teeny” snacks after my second big meal. I’ve been also trying to incorporate more greens, like spinach, which I hate! But I feel like that will give me the energy I’ve been missing! ..
