Let’s teach our children - At An Early Age - just how MAGICAL they are, how much MAGIC they have inside and how to SHARE it with the world.
This is SO precious! It made me tear up a bit. Seeing the little boy’s face FULL of wonder.
And, it also reminded #me of what human relations CAN be - regardless of age, skin color, education, religion, social/economic class, etc - if people simply chose to make time for one another. Love and kindness is our true nature. :

This is my new life motto, and it is so freeing! And guess what else this means for me? No more running...ever! The extent of my cardio will be kettlebell swings and squats at a faster pace. Should you do things that make you uncomfortable? Yes!! Absolutely. Every chance you get. Otherwise you will never grow. But doing things you hate that cause you inner distress? NO. Do something else.
Never have to worry. All is being done for you, not to you.

Eating clean in 2018 I must also add, @sirkensingtons Dijon mustard is . Sooo, I did strict keto for a while...stuck to it for over 6 months. I truly believe it helped to heal my gut. I no longer react to the foods I used to, which is freakin' awesome! Ketogenic diet has so many great health benefits. I'll always be a fan! My goals/workouts have changed a bit. I'm in the gym 5 days a week, and find that some healthy carbs (like sweet potato) make my workouts much more bearable, and my gains have been more noticeable. I just feel better, and have more strength. So, as my body changes, so do my requirements. I'm finding that focusing on mostly high amounts of lean protein, moderate (healthy) carbs and lower fat (but not too low!..definitely don't want to jack up my hormones ) seems to be my current sweet spot. We are all biologically different-- what may work for one, may not work for another. You have to find what works best for you!
