INGREDIENTS
4 small apples OR 2 large apples
1/2 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Wash apples, cut out seeds and cut into chunks.
2. Pour #water and apple chunks into a #blender and blend it up!
3. If you are making this to eat on its own, feel free to add up to 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. If you are making it to use as an ingredient, skip the cinnamon.
4. Get ready to eat it up!

INGREDIENTS
- 4 russet potatoes, washed + chopped into french fries
- 2 teaspoons dried #rosemary
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (or less) #Himalayansalt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F.
2. Throw uncooked french fries into a large bowl.
3. In a mortar and pestle combine rosemary, garlic powder, and salt and grind into a fine powder.
4. Sprinkle mixture over fries and stir thoroughly until evenly coated.
5. Spread french fries on a cookie tray lined with a silicone baking mat and bake for 15 minutes.
6. Flip and cook for another 15-20 minutes. (Feel free to 'broil' for the last 5-10 minutes for extra crispiness!)

What's your fav #vegan #pie !? This #dairyfree pie by @raepublic four whole cups of blueberries meaning it's packed with antioxidants. Blueberries are also an amazing source of vitamin C, vitamin K and manganese.

INGREDIENTS
1 Coconut Oil Pie Crust
4 cups fresh blueberries
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons arrow root powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add blueberries, maple syrup, arrow root powder, cinnamon and allspice to a large bowl, thoroughly combine and set aside.
2. Make the Coconut Oil Pie Crust.
3. Roll dough out into a very thin layer (I roll it out on a silicone baking mat) and flip it over onto a pie pan.
4. Gently shape the dough and cut off the long extra edges.
5. Ball up the extra pieces and roll out into a thin layer of dough, creating the top piece.
6. Place pie pan in fridge and preheat oven to 400Β°F.
7. Once oven is heated, remove pie pan from fridge and pour blueberry concoction into pan.
8. Lay top layer of pie dough over blueberries and cut a design into top.
9. Bake for 45 minutes.
