You are what you eat but you also are when you eat. So keep that in mind🙏
Now for example I have a clean bulk so i eat a bit more carbs than usually but still I'm doing some high carbs days followed by some low carbs days depending on my training routine, body requirements and how i feel.
If you don't recover in 3 days since you feeling sore after a very hard workout this means you might not have enough protein in your diet to sustain that recovery. Never forget that.
