You are what you eat but you also are when you eat. So keep that in mindπŸ™

Now for example I have a clean bulk so i eat a bit more carbs than usually but still I'm doing some high carbs days followed by some low carbs days depending on my training routine, body requirements and how i feel.

If you don't recover in 3 days since you feeling sore after a very hard workout this means you might not have enough protein in your diet to sustain that recovery. Never forget that.

Just an off season arm pump in @thegymgrouplondoncolindale
Some tips about arms training:
-If the goal is to prioritise arms train them twice a week with enough recovery time between sessions.
-most of the time train triceps first as is a but harder to train than biceps and bigger(2/3 of the arm muscle mass)
-warm up properly and train hard with big weights on a corect form.
-start with some light weights and a but more reps (15-20) to pump some blood into the muscle and make sure the ligaments are warm up properly.
- Use super-sets, drop sets, giant sets and focus on the exercises that gives you a good pump as the biomechanic is slightly different for everyone and an exercise that works great for me, for example might not be that good for you.
