In 2013 I was going hard in the gym at least three times a week. Working out was so much fun for me! Then I had an ectopic pregnancy. The recovery took months and I was afraid to work out again. Fast forward to this year, I actually made a few New Year resolutions. People always say not to make them, you aren’t going to stick to it, blah blah. I’m happy to say that it’s November, and I’ve stuck to my resolutions! I don’t have any weight loss goals, even though I could stand to loose a few lbs. But I had a goal to be active several times a week for both my mental and physical health. Walking, using equipment, running, taking the stairs, riding a bike, it all counts! I rode a bike this morning for four miles, and it was easier than the first day I rode. Whatever you choose to do, just get moving!! #realmomlife
