Awesome dinner in #rotterdam
It's a medium steak with mashed sweet potato cream underneath, green asparagus, beetroot chips and some green garnish. By far the best steak I've had in a long time!

Lunch during my internship! Lasagna with two types of salad and a smoothie. Today is legday, so I had some bread and oats before lunch in order to get those carbs in.

Had a quick workout for legs today. Had to study a lot today, so I made sure that I was in and out the gym within the hour.
Did 5x8-10 reps on the squat (middle high rep day), 5 sets (12-15 reps) single leg press, hamstring focussed by placing my feet a bit higher than neutral, followed by a few drop sets with both legs. In order to put extra emphasis on the hamstrings, I roll off at my heels when my legs are straight. I finished my workout with a few dropsets of lying hamstring curls and calve raises.

After an hour I was almost unable to walk down the stairs of the gym....mission complete!

Warming up at the bench...getting blood into the muscles. I really try to focus on good form before putting on heavier weights on the bar. I'll post my complete workout later.

Almost #summer !! Last exams of this year tomorrow morning. Next week, I'll fly to #greece .

Ended my shoulder workout with some tricep exercises. The last one of those was the rope tricep extension. Gives a great pump in the 'outside' of the tricep.

Secondary work after benching on my bench + arm day. I normally use heavy weights on the bench press once a week (powerlifting style, relatively low reps). Besides that, once or sometimes twice a week, I do the bench press in a much higher rep range (bodybuilding style). Haven't done a completely arm focused training for a while, so after finishing the bench press, my training was completely arm focused.
