HI COOOOACH @geekgirlstrong: I've been fucking around with lower weights (this is 185) to tweak form. I found this wide ass squat position, ass = < knees, MUCH less daunting on my back. I used my mahogany tree trunk thighs to just stand up. My quads aren't happy about this new revelation, but it's about time they got put to real use.
