“C’mon, c’mon, turn the radio on... I don’t need no dollar bills to have fun tonight- I love cheap thrills.” I honestly can’t believe it’s been 2 years since I visited y’all. I love and miss all you guys a whole bunch. ❤️
It’s nights like this, with her dorkish face and too long for her legs, that I realize why I picked her from the rest. I picked a broken dog, one that was hurt emotionally and has a hard time trusting. I picked a dog that has boundaries and will not be afraid to snap and bite you, but shows remorse. I picked a dog that, despite all the wrong she’s done- I see a glimmer of love in her eyes and I see a part of her that’s still scared. I picked her because, despite all her many, many flaws, I knew I would love her more than any other person in the world. No one wants a broken animal, except me, her love is genuine and the days she’s happy, I know it’s because I’ve shown her love and an actual home. Blue’s been in my life for almost 2 years now, and though I have many days where I dislike her, there has never been a day I haven’t loved her.💙
Yesterday was championships for 1A and 4A bands in AZMBA, Coolidge took home 2nd place out of 22 bands in division 1A. 22 bands man, and we got 2nd. I couldn’t be more proud of all the work we’ve put in this season. This year was also a transition year for us but, we worked so hard, Francis, staff, and students. I couldn’t be happier to have joined band and I am so thankful for it, every practice and every competition. To take 2nd is such a great accomplishment. Thank you for everyone who has supported us this season, much love to all of you. ❤️ And hey, Horizon better watch out next year.
It’s crazy to believe this is my second year in band with these amazing crazy people. These kids have taught me so much and so has Francis, to win first place again means so much and I’m incredibly happy to spend my sophomore year with all of them.❤️ much love to everyone that came out to support us tonight.
