Tomorrow, at both locations, we will release to-go our interpretation of the Terroir Project, a joint effort with @firestonewalker@fw_barrelworks@jesterkingbrewery@sierranevada@trilliumbrewing@beavertownbeer & @garageproject focusing on co-fermentation with grapes from within 100 miles of our respective breweries. We teamed up with @noboleis_vineyards and used their beautiful Chambourcin and Vidal Blanc grapes from the Augusta AVA and made a beer/wine hybrid (51% of the fermentables were malt derived / 49% were grape derived). The blend was fermented with our house cultures and the native cultures on the grapes and it then spent almost a year in French Oak before being naturally conditioned for several months. Bottles will be $15 and allocations will be based on turnout. Cheers!
