Our next Sisterhood Social is fast approaching and we're really excited to announce that the exceptional Cheryl Kerr, of Spirit Squad will be one of our speakers. The event is all about taking ownership of your health and Cheryl has certainly been on her own health journey.
Cheryl was diagnosed with breast cancer and it hit her really hard. She suffered in so many ways - physically, emotionally, mentally, financially and spiritually.
After losing herself for a bit she remembered that life doesn't happen to you, it is responding to you.
So she lost her victim mentality and learnt how to truly love and accept herself.
This resulted in her stepping into a whole new career that she absolutely adores, teaching other women how to truly love themselves too.
Morning Sisters- we hope you all had a relaxing weekend. We have been discussing more details about our forthcoming event on taking ownership of your health and we are so excited to see you all there. You're all going to absolutely love it. Tickets are selling fast. To purchase yours click the link in the bio that will lead you to our events page. Have a great Monday.
Just go for it!! Run towards your dreams and the life you want. Time passes so quickly. Care less about what people think and think more about what your future self will think if you don't do all the things you wanted to because you were too scared. Better a "oh well" than "what if"
This incredible lady, Sarah Valentine will be one of our guest speakers at our forthcoming Sisterhood Social on 1st November which is all about taking ownership of your health. .
Sarah was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in December 2016 and has spent the last year healing herself holistically Mind, Body and Spirit. She will be talking us through her journey to date and telling uswhy she is so passionate about Cancer Prevention not just Cancer Awareness. You can follow her story on Facebook Sarah Valentine - My Story and Beyond
Sarah is a mum of 4, makeup artist, nail artist and beauty therapist. Aside from the support of her lovely mum she is pretty much dealing with her diagnosis single handedly. So she is the doctor, the researcher, the carer and the patient. Her tenacity and willingness to grow personally is admirable and we so honoured to have her with us as part of this event. .
