Mixed session today. Was aiming to smash band squats and deads. Band squats were bouncy but deads weren’t being my friend. Meant to be 200x4 but only achieved 200x3, twice. Probs tired from squats but also maybe because I haven’t had a lasagne in a while.

The trick with bands is to lose tightness at the bottom of your movement and allow the bands to pull you forwards, backwards, downwards and sideways all at the same time.
