I made this keto Mexican soup today for a soup potluck. Considering that it is -28 outside this is the most awesome party idea!!! We are cozy indoors while the children skate on the pond.

Swipe for recipe info. I used sausages instead of chicken and cooked it in my instantpot and it was amazing.

#ketobreakfast today is a glob of stuff I threw in to silicone molds last night. I started with a keto avocado brownie recipe and then added other things like pumpkin puree, cream cheese and psyllium husk powder then baked it. I don't know what it is, but I ended my 16 hour fast with it :)

Keto zuppa toscana leftovers for lunch today. Hubby made it in the #instantpot last night and made sure we had enough for lunches too. I topped it with nutritional yeast.

Quick n easy #ketobreakfast today. Frozen avocados, a boiled egg topped with ground chia, flax, macca, everything but the bagel, psyllium husk powder, salt, pepper and lemon juice.

I ended my usual 16 hour #fast with this
