@freedomfirearms STI takes pride in the fact that it has a solid following within the Law Enforcement community as its pistols have found their way into holsters of those who go into harm’s way such as the US Marshall’s Service Special Operations Group. The Staccato P is a perfect example of this. Low-profile magwell, Full-length rail, and cut for an optic (in this case, a Trijicon RMR). Throw on a Surefire X300 and you have a legit fighting pistol perfect for jobs where you may have to do a hard target search of every warehouse, farmhouse, henhouse, outhouse and doghouse in your AO. 😎
STI DVC Open 9mm Clean lines, smooth curves and lightning fast function are within your grasp—STI has reset the standard of Competition Race Guns. STI DVC Open is beautiful: SERIOUS. SPEED. PRECISION. ACCURACY. AND MAYBE A LITTLE ADDED EGO.
The STI DVC Open 9mm 5.4 inch 2011 DS Competition Race Gun has had Significant weight removed from the DVC slide in every possible way to better increase cycle rate, and the improved compensator alleviates muzzle jump. The barrel and gun is finished with DLC Coating to increase surface hardness, lubricity and wear properties. The new sear and hammer design give the gun a crisp consistent trigger with a shorter reset. Responsive handling and control is had by way of specialty texturing done by Extreme Shooters to give the shooter enhanced grip and improved ergonomics. The STI DVC Open pistol is the epitome of what a competition gun should be. Let’s go racin’
@freedomfirearms We don’t know who this “Roland” is or why he’s so Special... The “P” DVC-P stands for “Pinnacle” because that’s where you’ll be with this guy. The compensator in conjunction with the full-length monolithic rail keeps it shooting nice and flat while still allowing you to run a weapon light if you decide to make this your Work gun. The Optic cut allows you to run a miniature red dot to maximize the inherent accuracy of the pistol. Stop the bad guys, rescue the hostages, get the girl... yeah, that’s a job the DVC-P can do.😎
Some late night g2 grip action via @patient0zero Got to test out some prototype stuff today. The Staccato P5 ran like a champ and the prototype G2 grip was awesome too. I’m a big fan of the old school double diamond grip, I love the front strap checkering and the way the look blends into my duty belt. But the new grip is definitely giving it a run for it’s money! The front and back strap checkering were nice and grippy without being hard on the hands. There’s a cool ergonomic undercut that really lets you choke up on the grip and use your middle finger to wrap around the front strap. The Staccato P5 prototype was awesome also. It’s subtle but there’s a cool Hi-power ish cut on he front of the slide to trim some weight off her and a classic cool ball cut. Add in the new super aggressive serrations and it’s an awesome gun! I can’t wait to see the production versions of both these products. If you want to shoot the STI’s there’s a demo day tomorrow at the Academy. So if ur in SoCal and like free ammo and hate cleaning guns, I’ll see you there! 🤙🏻 Until next time friends, train hard, carry the best equipment you can, and stay dangerous. You never know when the fight will come to you....
Congrats to @timyackley !!!! Posted @withrepost • @timyackley I’m super happy to have finished up 2nd place in Standard against some world class shooters. Congrats to @noskillsnils for 1st place! . IPSC is something I really enjoy, the shooter has to actually hit the targets, and execute every time. It’s showed in the last rifle world shoot, it showed here, and I’m hoping for it to show again in the rifle world shoot this August.
