A decent sunrise at Bare Island couple of weeks ago with an autumn bloom.

After taking this composition a year ago without even knowing the name of this waterfall, I returned to the Weeping Rock after a recent rain. Looking back, I think my style of capturing water has evolved somewhat with an inclusion of more texture. Hope you like it.

Had a brief opportunity to check out the waterfalls at Blue Mountains last weekend after a decent fall of rain. This is just past the Bridal Veil Fall at Leura. Got to love this rain!

From the new year road trip to South Coast via Kiama Downs. Whatever you do, take plenty of insect repellent here, otherwise mozzies will eat you alive!

Had a quick sunrise rendezvous with @rmd_imagery and @steveleupen at the Hornby Lighthouse, Watson's Bay. Great to catchup again with these passionate photogs, and you should check their amazing gallery as well

One of the mornings with decent light during a sunrise at Bermagui. The Camel Rock bathed in light with this miniature rockpool in the foreground is a very popular image (shot to death?) but nonetheless stunning

It has been a while since I've been able to upload any images from my recent roadtrip down far south coast due to heavy work commitments. Now I am getting little breather and finally able to process some of the images. Here is one from the Camel Rock down at Bermagui and I can't believe how unique this location is together with the Horse Head Rock, 10 minutes walk from here. More to come soon...

I haven't yet been able to process images from my roadtrip down far south coast of NSW due to hectic work schedule. So in the interim here is an image from the trip to Iceland not long ago - a close up shot of Bruarfoss. I am still amazed at the crystal blue colour of water at this waterfall.

I've embarked on a short road trip, with first stop at Kiama. Stayed the two nights and cloud cover of 100% through out, but great to be out and to shoot regardless of the conditions. Love it!

For the end of year special, I will like to post something different,... um... a....black...and..white.
I haven't taken many BW images before, but this is something I will like to improve more in the new year. Yay or nay?

Wishing you all a Happy New Year everyone!

A great way to spend the Christmas break with the family. My sisters families with their children joined our family to see a sunrise together for the first time. Our hearts sank a little when we arrived at the Bronte Beach at the first light with drizzling rain, but lifted us when the clouds parted as the sun started to rise. There were lots of reasons to rejoice this festive season!

My workplace has recently changed to Northern Beaches of Sydney and the new workhour starts before 7am. Until now, I was barley managing to adjust to the new work routine. The upside of all this is that I should now be able to drop in for a sunrise shoot before work on a more regular basis, like my recent visit to the Collaroy Beach to check out the stormwater outlet. Hoping for a great New Year!
