July 12, 2018. When no person can understand you, it’s always seems like animals can. Talk about models for unconditional love. Joe dog and my daughter....she is the only reason we decided to bring Joe’s starving stray self home from our local farmer’s market last year and they have been inseparable ever since. #ozarklife

July 7, 2018. “The butcher day for the neighbor’s 60+ meat chickens finally arrived. While I was there to actually help, I snuck some photos early in the morning while the light was nice. With two families working on it, we got done with killing and packaging by 5pm...now they have chicken for the year.”

July 4, 2018. Fourth of July shopping at our local Mistler’s. This Ozarks staple has been our go-to for appliances and furniture, and around this time of year.... fireworks. The store is run by the Mistler family and the trophy heads throughout have all been harvested by friends and relations to the owner. They happened to be storing many of the empty fireworks boxes by these 3 buck mounts. #ozarklife

July 1, 2018. We were just going to walk down the driveway, and then it turned into an adventure hike. Beautiful light out, I had my daughter’s point and shoot in my pocket. #ozarklife
