I received a request for a gift certificate and I gladly obliged! Had to make this one by hand since I’ve never been asked before. Out of the 1000s of items in my inventory, there’s bound to be something for everyone, if anyone else might be interested in getting a gift certificate let me know!
Even the most seasoned @redsox fan might overlook the tremendous accomplishments of Joltin’ Joe’s youngest brother Dom DiMaggio. Dommy patrolled centerfield for Boston for 11 seasons between 1940 - 1953, missing 3 years of his prime due to military service. He built a reputation as a tenacious base runner and defensive wizard, earning selections to 7 all star teams. He retired as the all time leader in assists and double plays by an outfielder. Standing at only 5 foot 8 and known for playing in wide rimmed glasses, teammates gave him the nickname ‘The Little Professor’. DM, comment or hurry in to cop this extremely rare jersey style Starter satin before I decide to keep it forever. #starter#satin#startersatin#vintage#style#vintagestyle#boston#redsox#bostonredsox#redsoxnation#goredsox#redsoxfan#newburystreet#rare#vintagestarter#dimaggio
The Oklahoma Outlaws of the USFL came to be after the NFL successfully pressured the upstart league to abandon San Diego as a potential market in the months leading up the 1984 season. Team owner William Tatham hastily selected his hometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma as an alternate destination. The Outlaws managed to retain Chargers patriarch Sid Gillman as general manager throughout the move, who signed future Super Bowl champion Doug Williams to quarterback the team. The Outlaws started out hot at 6-2, but dropped the final 10 games of the season to finish 6-12. Financial issues forced the Outlaws to merge with the Arizona Wranglers for what would be the final season of the USFL in 1985, rebranding that team the Arizona Outlaws.

The Houston Summit boldly went where no team has gone before, or since with this magenta & orange color scheme during their 2 seasons in the Major Indoor Soccer League between 1978-1980. Despite first place finishes in both years, the Summit only drew 2,500 fans per game. The final game in team history was an MISL finals loss to the New York Arrows. #houston#houstondynamo#misl#defunct#soccer#indoorsoccer#pennant#vintage#vintagepennant
