In a bowl stir together -1 cup of blended oats -2 scoops of gingerbread protein powder -1tsp of ground ginger -1/2 tsp of cinnamon -1/2 tsp of ground cloves -1tsp of baking soda -stevia to taste -pinch of salt. In another bowl stir together -3/4 cup of non-flavoured coconut oil (melted) -1 egg -1/4 cup of organic black strap molasses.
Mix the wet & dry ingredients together. Bake at 350 for 8mins. Enjoy
