Happy #wafflewednesday Here's a protein waffle #recipe for ya’ll 🥞 —> Blend together 1/2 a banana, 1/4 cup of oats,1/4 cup of egg whites, 50g of plain Greek yogurt, stir in 1 scoop of protein powder! I usually use vanilla or cinnamon flavour ...Cook, top with favourable toppings & enjoy🤤

This weather has been incredible. Sooo what’s better than homemade fruit purée? Nottttt much🤭 This bowl is filled with banana’s blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and mango. I simply stuck it into a food processor and blended it until smooth🤙🏼 tip: for added flavour, add a scoop of BCAA’s
