I have 4 children, including triplets so prepping has worked brilliantly as the whole family have eaten plan food, it’s really helped keep me on track.
The pb&j smoothie from C1 and the Chicken broccoli bake from C3 are favourites with everyone . The best part for me was being introduced to resistance training, I love the weighted exercises & amazed at how quickly my body has toned up, something I never got with cardio alone. The workouts were tough but extremely satisfying, safe to say weights will now be a part of my regular exercise.

“I have followed Joe Wicks on social media, and bought/used his books for recipes for a long time before starting the plan. I stalked the Facebook groups and watched everybody else's transformations happen and I was always curious how I would get on with it. I finally bit the bullet and so glad I did.
The plan has been the best thing I have ever done for myself. As somebody who was used to cooking and prepping breakfasts/lunches for work the food wasn't too much of a struggle; it did help to plan and prep in advance though. The exercise was a shock at first but once you find a schedule that works for you it's amazing how normal it feels as part of your daily routine! I completed all of the workouts over the 3 months at home with a pair of adjustable dumbbells for C2/3.
