😊 Start your own 90 Day Plan at (link in bio) πŸ™ŒπŸ» β€œβ€I signed up for the Body Coach 90 day plan as I wanted to shift the weight I'd put on over the last year, particularly the Christmas period. In the past I'd always been quite good at losing weight by just cutting down on portion sizes and increasing exercise levels, but I've reached the age where that doesn't work anymore!! I started off by doing some of Joe's youtube HIITs and enjoyed them but realised that I actually needed to have more guidance and structure on my nutrition and exercise so decided to sign up. The plan has surpassed my expectations. By the end of the first cycle I'd lost the weight I wanted to lose and was really excited to see what the next two cycles would bring. By the end of the three cycles I'd lost more weight than I thought would be possible, had significantly improved my fitness and had learnt a whole lot about eating, portion control and nutrition in general. I have also become a morning exerciser, which is something I'd never thought I would become! I am now continuing with working out at home during the week and in the gym at weekends and with a combination of HIIT and weights. I plan to start running again soon too. I have loved the way the workouts in the cycles are structured and have gradually increased in length and intensity and I'm loving mixing things up now that I've graduated, using what I've learned from how my body reacts to the workouts in the plan. I am now smaller, fitter and healthier than I've been in at least a decade if not more and I feel so much better mentally and physically. Before I started the plan I described how I felt as being 'dirty and clogged up inside'. Now I feel much cleaner, healthier, more active, less grumpy and generally just better for it all. The facebook group has been an amazing support for me and I know for others too - it's a great community for sharing and supporting each other, getting advice, and for some light hearted banter as well.
