Cookie dough bites. One of our favorite recipes, no baking involved. Whip up a batch and and hide them from children and roommates. (Or make a double batch if you’re feeling generous.) ♀️ Ingredients
3/4 cup nut butter of choice
1/3 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup Date Lady Date Syrup
1/4 cup almond flour
Pinch of sea salt
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions 1. Mix flours and salt together. Add nut butter and Date Lady Pure Date Syrup to mixture and stir until nice and smooth.
2. Add chocolate chips and roll into balls. Stick balls in freezer for 30 minutes to set and store in airtight container in fridge.
Bonus: If you need a healthy snack on the go, these will keep well in a ziplock out on the town for the day as long as you don’t leave them in your car or somewhere hot enough to melt the chocolate chips. Enjoy!

Did you know that date syrup is a real food sweetener that contains more potassium and magnesium than almost any other sweetener as well as antioxidants and amino acids? It also happens to marry beautifully with chocolate. #Score
Date Lady Chocolate
1 cup cocoa (the better the quality the better the taste!)
1/2 cup coconut oil, gently melted
1/3 cup date syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
dash of pink sea salt
Mix together until all signs of cocoa powder are gone and mixture is nice and smooth. Smooth onto parchment lined 8x8 pan or scoop out with a small melon scooper for a truffle appeal. We recommend adding some nuts, coconut, dried fruit or dash of vanilla salt to add a nice contrast to this dark, rich chocolate. Or use silicone molds as pictured and fill with a nut butter/ground flax/date syrup mixture. —
Store in refrigerator in airtight container. #dateladyrecipe#datesyrup#chocolaterecipe
