Atlanta’s black tech founders are changing entrepreneurship in America. Can they avoid Silicon Valley’s mistakes? // "The Atlanta metro area also has the second-fastest-growing economy in the country (behind San Francisco), spurred by its tech industry, which accounts for nearly 12.5% of the city’s revenues...And here’s the kicker: In Atlanta’s tech industry, an astounding 25% of employees are black. Cutting Through Conflict and Tough Conversations // "If you wouldn’t ignore critical bugs in your code, you shouldn’t turn a blind eye to buggy human dynamics, either. And not just because it’s the right thing to do (which it is), but because team dysfunction poses an existential threat to a company. When teams can engage with a diversity of ideas, a product is stronger, and work is simply a better place to be." - @FirstRoundCapital
