It's been a real weird past couple days AND now we are getting hit with a snowstorm on the second day of spring πŸŒΈβ„οΈπŸ™„ this bowl of oats was my cure for the morning πŸ’™ stay warm! xx
* 1 cup rolled oats cooked in 1 cup @malkorganics unsweetened almond milk + 1 cup water + 1/2 tsp cinnamon + 1/4 tsp vanilla * 3/4 cup frozen blueberries cooked in saucepan with juice from 1/2 lemon + 1/2 tsp cinnamon + 1/2 tsp vanilla * topped with hemp hearts + roasted almond butter + pecans + @livingintentions raspberry activated superfoods cereal for a lil extra crunch

It's Sunday night and I've had a pretty nice day ✨✨ May I recommend making chili one more time before the end of winter (I think spring is coming's unclear). I used @minimalistbaker whole grain vegan pancakes recipe and topped them with cherry compote + @woodstockfoods PB + cacao nibs ✌🏼✌🏼


This Sunday looks kinda like reading, coffee drinking, grocery shopping, cooking, yoga, Oscar watching ✨✨
In other news, this smoothie tastes like a PB&J and that is something I'm proud of πŸ•ΊπŸΌ (serves ✌🏼): 1 cup frozen blueberries + 1/3 cup frozen cherries + 1 tbs flax seeds + 1 tbs hemp seeds + 1 cup cauliflower (steamed then frozen) + 1/2 tsp cinnamon + 1/4 tsp ground ginger + 1 and 1/3 cup @malkorganics almond milk plus @woodstockfoods peanut butter + coconut flakes + @purely_elizabeth banana nut butter granola πŸ’œ
