When women support women magic happens ♀️ Todays #girlgains Manchester event was so uplifting! I (Vic) lead one of my in depth goal setting sessions...(if you know, you know) . One of the most beautiful things, is seeing women actually believe they can. I’ve been in a place where self doubt and low self esteem has held me back, but I’ve over come that; and I love that we’re able to help women overcome their set backs too! The most important thing to achieving your goals, is your support system. Today we had 18 girls support one another and it was just bliss

#throwback to our Confidence Workshop that we hosted last weekend with special guest @curvyliving! It was SO much fun to get these lovely ladies all together in one room, share tips for being more confident in body and mind and learn to pose like a pro ♀️. Thank you SO much to all those that attended, opened up and gave all the sass (your photos will be with you very soon). And a big thanks to @methodmovement for use of their beautiful studios, @byollieb for hosting the photo shoot and making the girls feel at ease and to @glossier and @burtsbeesuk for providing some goodies for those attending.

Are you stuck for ideas on what to do with the gym? Or even at home? Try this little circuit by our Essex ambassador @healthier_leila ⠀ ⠀

• bag squats ⠀
• mountain climbers ⠀
• weighted crunches ⠀
• box jumps ⠀
Do each exercise for 30 seconds with 10 seconds rest and repeat 5 times. Work at maximum capacity!
You can adapt any of these to do in your living room at home! ⠀

To truly feel the effect of something, you have to be CONSISTENT . And we’re not just talking about progress in the gym and eating well majority of the time.

Same goes with relationships, you want progress? It takes consistent work every single day to strengthen bonds and deepen understanding.
