Welcoming the new sun with the wanderers and the wonderers at Stonehenge this morning. A poignant reminder to step back and take a look around this festive season. Embrace the importance and power of community, compassion and camaraderie. Sing together, laugh together, be together. It's these simple things that make us human and fill our hearts with joy. If you're surrounded by love at this time of year, treasure it. If not, then do your best to give it out into the world and it will eventually make its way back to you. This time of year can be difficult for a lot of people, so if you know someone who might be struggling, do your best to listen to them, comfort them and show them love. The new sun has risen, the darkest days are over. Thank you to everyone who made this year so special.
And so, the #DesireTour 2017 has come to an end. These last 6 weeks have been beyond anything we could've imagined. Thank you for your passion, your love and for making these shows the best we've ever done. Thank you for all the wonderful gifts, paintings and letters. It was lovely to meet some of you along the way. I'm always surprised and incredible touched by the honesty and openness you offer in those brief moments. It really means the world. Special thanks to our excellent band and crew for making it all happen. Their unwavering motivation and diligence is a joy to be around. I sit here in a cold and festive London with a big smile on my face and raise my cup of tea to you all. From Siberia to Manchester and everywhere in between, I love you. The #DesireTour continues in Asia, Eastern Russia and Turkey in January 2018. See you on the other side...
So here we are. Tonight the #DesireTour lands in Manchester. The final stop for 2017 and the end of an incredible few months. It's going to be a night to remember. As a special treat, we're giving away a free download of 'Desire', a song we wrote a few months ago and have been performing every night on the #DesireTour. Merci vielmal Zürich. It was devastating to have to cut the show short last night, but Adam was really not feeling well and we couldn't continue. Thank you for your understanding and for being so wonderful.
