It’s for ALL LEVELS, if you already have your handstand and you want to improve it or if you have never been upside down and you are working on it.
I will post everyday a tutorial, I will post it in the evening so even if you post yours the day after because of time difference it’s ok
We will start creating the foundations for a correct handstand , we will learn with muscles are involved and need to be worked on, which joints need to be prepared and how to do so, we will learn how to fall out and we will also learn how to start getting on our hand and how to press up.
