1 oz. (30ml) Lemon Juice
ΒΎ oz. (22ml) Matcha Syrup
ΒΌ oz. (7ml) Peach Liqueur
1 Egg White

PREPARATION
1. Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously to create froth.

Japanese Pale Ale Beer
