TIDE POD SHOT
1 Part Blue Curacao
1 Part White Chocolate Liqueur
1 Part Orange Vodka

PREPARATION
1. Pour blue curacao 1/3 of the way into a shot glass.
2. Using the back of a bar spoon, layer white chocolate liqueur on top, followed by orange vodka.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY!

THE WINTER BLAZER
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Aged Dark Rum
½ oz. (15ml) Grand Marnier
1 oz. (30ml) Hot Water
Dash overproof rum
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 dashes Orange Bitters
2 tsp Hazelnut/Pecan Syrup
Garnish: Cinnamon Stick/Orange Zest

PREPARATION
1. Pour hot water into two heat resistant mixing glasses and your serving glass to warm. Set aside.
2. Combine aged rum, Grand Marnier, hazelnut pecan syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass.
3. Pour out the water from the two mixing glasses and pour the mix + a dash overproof rum into one and 1 oz. of fresh hot water into the other.
4. Use a torch to carefully light the bottom of the glass holding the mix and slowly pour it into the one holding the hot water. Slowly roll between the two to mix.
5. Dump out the water from the serving glass and pour the mix in.
6. Express an orange peel and drop in along with a cinnamon stick for garnish.

TURTLE CAKE TINI 🐢🍰🍸
1 oz. (30ml) Irish Cream
1 oz. (30ml) Chocolate Liqueur
2 oz. (60ml) Cake Vodka
2 oz. (60ml) Milk
Garnish: Whipped Cream/Caramel Sauce/Chocolate Sauce/Toasted Pecans

PREPARATION
1. Rim edge of martini glass with caramel sauce and crushed pecans. Set aside.
2. To an ice filled glass add irish cream, chocolate liqueur, cake vodka and milk. Shake well.
3. Strain mix into glass and top with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.

SAFFRON LEMONADE 🍋

1 ½ oz. (45ml) Saffron Infused Tequila
½ oz. (15ml) Yellow Chartreuse
¾ oz. (22ml) Lemon Juice
¾ oz. (22ml) Grapefruit Juice
½ oz. (15ml) Honey Syrup
2 dashes Orange Bitters
1 vile Birdseye Tincture
Garnish: Chamomile Buds

PREPARATION
1. Combine tequila, yellow chartreuse, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, honey syrup, orange bitters, and birdseye tincture in a shaker with ice and shake well.
2. Strain mix into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with chamomile buds.

PREPARATION
1. Muddle pickle in base of glass
2. Add vodka and pickle juice and ice. Shake well to combine.

½ oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice
½ oz. (15ml) Lime Juice
¾ oz. (22ml) Pineapple Juice
¼ oz. (7ml) Grenadine
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Splash Coca Cola
Garnish: Mint Sprig, Maraschino Cherry

PREPARATION
1. Combine rum, lemon juice, lime juice, pineapple juice, grenadine, bitters, and cola in a shaker with ice and shake well.
2. Strain mix into a double rocks glass over ice and garnish with a mint sprig and a maraschino cherry.

1. Add strawberry daiquiri mix to base of pitcher. Pour over coconut rum and mango rum.

½ oz. (15ml) Honey Syrup
⅓ bar spoon Activated Charcoal
2-3 Thai Basil Leaves
Pinch Salt (Or Saline)
Passion Tea Ice Cube
Garnish: Thai Basil Leaf/Thai Basil Bloom

PREPARATION
1. Drop Thai basil leaves into the base of a shaker and pour in Bombay Sapphire East. Muddle lightly.
2. Add passion fruit purée, honey syrup, activated charcoal, pinch of salt, and ice. Shake well.
3. Double strain into a rocks glass over a passion tea ice cube and garnish with a Thai basil leaf and a Thai basil bloom.
