YOOOOOOO can we just take a quick minute to give a shoutout to puberty and also learning how to use the gym properly and eating right? I was always an active kid, but I ate like absolute dog shit alll the time. Wasn’t till my late years in Highschool that I started learning about weight training more seriously and wasn’t till many years after Highschool that I learned about nutrition and how much that can effect your body.
