Awesome Transformation By: @sami_rose_⠀ -⠀ The photo on the left is from mid 2012 - I was sitting at my highest weight ever of 75kgs in my 156cm frame, I was unfit, and unhappy about it! Fast forward to now and I'm around 52kgs, a qualified PT, a bootcamp trainer, and have just competed in my first fitness competition where I got two 4th place trophies! It's taken three years and a lot of hard work, mostly getting my nutrition on point and actually staying consistent with my training (80% weights, 20% cardio/hiit) but I'm thrilled to finally have a body that I'm super proud of, and now as a qualified personal trainer I have the privilege of helping others reach their goals and finally be fit, healthy and happy too!
