Overnight cinnamon oats with fresh blueberries and blackberries have been my go-to breakfast lately. Preparing the oatmeal before hand gives me extra time to myself in the morning to be thankful for another week of life

RICOTTA GNOCCHI PILLOWS! Yes! Made these fluffy babies from scratch. Quick and easy and they keep well! Freezing these left overs (5-10mins), then moving them into baggies to save freezer space! When youre ready, pop them in boiling water for 6 mins. or till they double in size and you’re golden! @bonappetitmag Andy, they were such a great thing to make and that shape it keeps are so damn adorable. Would enjoy these with butter and maybe sage, and cheese. Also a great way to add in more veg in your life with roast squash/pumpkin or whatever produce you have!

I WANT TO BE LAING IN YOUR ARMS TONIGHT! Its FRIDAY and Im dreaming of a Warm and savory Filipino breakfast with rice and ulam (the main part of the dish). Ulam is whatever your rice is supporting, and this garlicky java rice is doing it for me with LAING, taro leaves cooked in a garlic coconut milk mix. Drool!
