It's been about 2 months since I last posted. Here is some moonlighting work I've been doing for a friend. Graded the yard 4 inches lower, installed some new window wells and laid out the plan for the patio ๐Ÿ‘

My first time building stairs! They aren't going to be finished until the yard is graded down but I'm very happy with the result :-)

Foundation restoration. The entire bottom plate was rotten and the foundation was deteriorating. I ripped it all out and made it better :-)
