Das Herz kennt keine Erwartungen, die sind Sache des Kopfes. Das Herz ist nicht verletzt oder fühlt sich angegriffen, das ist Sache des Egos. Ent-täuschung heißt nur, dass uns das Leben von einer Täuschung befreit, die Kopf und Ego kreiert haben – wir frei werden von der Illusion, wie das Leben zu sein hat. Zufrieden sind wir, wenn wir alle Vorstellungen loslassen, dass Situationen, Dinge, Menschen oder wir selbst anders sein sollten, und das Leben lieben, wie es ist, und das Beste daraus machen. Wenn wir weniger im Verstand und mehr aus dem Herzen leben. Herz über Kopf. Es gibt für mich keine Asana die dies besser symbolisiert als der Handstand.

I am the happiest I have ever been in my whole life due to this yoga teacher training in goa with you. I want to sat it was thanks to you but you’ve taught me that the light is within me! It was there all along, you helped provide a most sacred space for me to truly honor the essence of my being. I am going to be able to take the gift of knowledge and all the wonderful, magical light with me everywhere I go and my task is to show others also their own. Thank you for allowing me to be the best me.

✨ the light that you seek is within you, so the search is going to be an inward search. .
the diamond doesn’t have to be created, the diamond is already there - only the layers of mud have to be removed. you don’t have to add something to your being. you are already more than that - this is sometimes the problem. We gathered too much around us, the diamond hs gathered too much mud. The mud has to be washed away, and suddenly there is the diamond. Take 5 deep breaths now and connect again with the light in yourself, with your special diamond inside you ✨

Bei voller Reife werden Obst und Gemüse in einem schonenden Verfahren direkt nach der Ernte schockgefroren. Der Nährstoffgehalt ist dadurch deutlich höher als bei frischen Lebensmitteln aus dem Supermarkt! All unsere Zutaten stammen zu 100 % aus biologischer und nachhaltiger Landwirtschaft. Feingeschmeckt portioniert und fertig für den Mixer - einfach Wasser oder Mandelmilch hinzugeben, mixen und fertig! Ja ok ich liebe es, mein Essen so zu dekorieren, ja auch „nur“ für mich alleine oder eher GERADE für mich alleine. Ich bin es mir wert, mir selbst eine köstliche Mahlzeit zuzubereiten, denn mein Körper hat nur die besten Zutaten und gutes Essen verdient.

When we practice yoga regularly we create a stronger core, back, and mind. This strength that our body creates not only becomes apart of us physically but also mentally, allowing each of us to trust ourselves in times of need. As we practice yoga more and more, we learn to rely on our strength and abilities to conquer even some of the most difficult poses. Yin and yang and the balance in life: In addition to learning how to take control and assume responsibility, a person also needs to learn when and how to let go, to surrender, to go with the flow and not just resist or fight it. Letting go versus taking control - this is, of course, just another version of being versus doing, that primordial polarity of yin and yang that assumes a thousand different forms and it’s never exhausted. It’s not yin or yang that is right, that being than doing - it’s a question of finding the right balance, the natural harmony between yin and yang that the ancient Chinese called Tao - between doing and being, controlling and allowing, resisting and opening, fighting and surrendering, willing and accepting.” (Ken Wilber)

And this is one of my favorite yin pose, the dragon (I hold this for 3-5 minutes on each side). Our hips carry a big share of stored emotions, thats why hip opening poses can be challenging and releasing at the same time. 🙏🏼

How we treat ourselves, when our body shows us its limits // I noticed this especially during my yoga teacher training in India. We had two hours vinyasa practice every morning and after three weeks I got sick. I was dizzy and I had a fever. I still went to practice but I could only participate for a short period of time. During the second downward facing dog I immediately felt more and more dizzy and I went into the childspose. As I tried to start again, my yoga teacher @alexandravanschaik came to me and told me to lay down in savasana. I started crying because i also wanted to practice like everyone else did and not just to lay here without doing anything. I was lying there for almost two hours while everyone else around me kept practicing yoga. I was mad about myself. But at some point I realized that only my ego wanted to continue. It would not have been good for my body. Relaxation would have been better. This did not turn me into a bad yogi. On the contrary, into someone who cares about oneself because it is an act of self-love to allow our body the rest when it is needed.
