The Zod & Drea podcast! (@zodanddrea )Part audio podcast and part YouTube videos - the Zod & Drea podcast deliver thoughtful commentary on a range of subjects from race relations to the workings of relationships to the latest action movie released and how it might relate to modern day news. They also have in-depth interviews with some of the most active and consequential political organizers in the state.
Brent Whiting and Andrea Diaz (Zod and Drea, respectively) are the two brilliant and passionate minds behind the Zod & Drea podcast. Ah, moms. Without them...well..we wouldn't exist! Throughout my interviews with creatives, designers, go-getters, and all 'round awesome people - I've asked most who their biggest supporters are. The majority give a shout out to their mom or parents. So, for this Fashion Friday - I wanted to highlight all those momma's out there who did a superb job in creating a person. Well done!
I also give a shout out to Maggie Driver over at Urbanite Runway - as she's just uploaded the terrific panel discussion on sustainable fashion held during AZ Eco Fashion Week. Be sure to check that out!

Paul Porras has led a disciplined life of hard work and focus on excellence. All the while having a goodly amount of fun and frivolity. Paul speaks about his outdoor fitness club in Arizona: Paul Core, as well as a movement that's grown worldwide with the Hike Street Boyz and Hike Street Girlz. I ask him about what got him to this point, how he mentors people into better habits, about fear, and, of course, about that beautiful ginger beard. +-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-
