People ask me all the time why I compete, and it’s experiences like these that are the reason. I never thought I would travel the world doing what I love, but this past year I traveled to two new places and met competitors from places like China, Mexico, India and Iran to name a few, and experienced new connections and hospitality I never imagined! Thank you @ifbb_pro_league ! Have you ever seen a Top 5 from 5 different Countries? #USA#Louisiana
The only person you need to beat is the person you were yesterday! If someone can guess my weight in these two pics I’ll give you a FREE Jed North tank! Let’s hear your best guess. Leave a comment below! I’ll announce the winner or who had the best guess at 12:00PM CT tomorrow!
Awesome #transformationtuesday from my client @jstraka87 so proud of what we have accomplished in a short period of time. We have now done 3 shows together in about 9 months with NO off-season, but yet we were able to grow into each competition. Y’all show him some love, he has worked his ass off!
As i sit here and reflect back on this weekend I couldn’t be more proud of myself, my coach and most importantly my girlfriend. Starting exactly a year ago I decided to compete. Never had proper training. Never dieted. I dove in head first and decided this was something I wanted to do. I’ve prepped about 10 out of the last 12 months. I’m tired, worn out and exhausted. As this weekend didn’t go 100% as I wanted it to, falling one place short of a win. While it’s not a win at this show, it’s a win for me. This picture from one show to the next speaks for them self. I never have had a “off season” to truly grow and to really improve my package. This show though, we made adjustments and got damn my coach dialed me in and got me looking the absolute best I ever looked. I can’t say enough good things about my coach and team #savvymuscle. @zachsavoie_ifbbpro has made his pro debut and competed 3 times this year. Yet along the way he has made a point to stay in contact damn near everyday, make adjustments week in and week out and has really put his team first while on his way to qualify for the O. I hear people complain, moan and groan about how their coach doesn’t do this, do that or lack this and they don’t like that. I sit there and I’m like damn I don’t got any of these problems. My girlfriend @__kayleighann__ ...man I can’t tell you how much she’s had to endure from me throughout this year. I’ve been mean, moody and straight up a jerk. Yet, she’s stood by my side and cooked my food everyday, motivated me everyday and made sure she could do what it takes to ensure my day is the best it can be....all while she’s prepping herself. I can’t tell you enough how much I love and appreciate you. As for me, It’s time for my first official offseason and to go into 2019 and make it my damn year. #TeamSAVVYMUSCLE#neverstopimproving
Don’t limit your challenges, challenge your limits! From my very first check in photo in 2014 (before I knew how to properly eat and train) to the end of my 2018 rookie season as an IFBB Pro! You can accomplish anything you put your mind to. If I had listened to a few judges before USA’s telling me not to go to nationals because I wasn’t big enough, I never would have gone and gotten my pro card and continued on to place top 4 in my very first pro show! Its your mindset that can make or break you, and my mindset was to become a pro no matter what it took. Still a ton of work left to do to reach the level I want to be at, but I will get there! Change your mindset change your outcome!
I’m only taking on a few more clients so don’t miss out! Online coaching available for competitors and non-competitors. For coaching inquiries contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Now that my season has come to a close I’m excited to announce that I will be picking up more clients for weight loss/gain and competition prep! There is still plenty of time left in the year to start prepping for NPC shows (this year or next) or just take your training and dieting to the next level. I love sharing what I know just as much as living the lifestyle everyday, and as a competitor myself I know the level of dedication this sport requires. I will only be taking a certain number of clients that way I can give my full attention and make sure you are at your very best! Email me and let’s getting started toward your goals!
Slide right to see BOTH male/female competition prep transformations, shredding, and lean bulking for NON competitors!
I just flipped a switch Rebound mode in full effect. Leave a comment if you’re interested in seeing what I’m eating on my cheat/high carb days now! If I get enough interest I’ll be sure to post it on IG story! #reboundmode@jed_north#jednorth

After Greater Gulf Gulf States (pic on the left) I honestly thought I was done for the year. I was tired, embarrassed, stressed, and to top it all off I was dealing with a Teres Major injury. Many times I thought about just calling it quits on the year. I had every excuse in the book ready to back out of the Vancouver Pro. Instead I decided to quit b*tching, block out all negativity, and fight through it. Yes, I know 4th place isn’t a win, but I couldn’t be more proud of the positive note my coach @kashguidry and I ended my season on. We will be back next year ready to make a run at the 2019 lympia! #Dedication#Consistency#Hardwork#Bakednotmicrowaved
Well @zachsavoie_ifbbpro rookie season as a IFBB Pro is coming to a close.
We did 3 shows in the past 5 weeks.
And 2 of them we were in the Top 4.
Not a bad Rookie campaign at all.
I couldn’t be more proud of what we been able to bring to the stage this year.
We’ve made a lot of improvements since Zach earned his IFBB Pro Card 11 months ago.
And I can’t wait to make even more this upcoming offseason. Getting back to the drawing board and taking things to another level.
To see what we can bring for the 2019.
Where we will be making a run to get on The Olympia Stage.
Now it’s time to GROW! ______________________________________________
Congratulations Zach on Placing 4th Yesterday at The IFBB Vancouver Pro.
And Thank You for your commitment and trusting the process.
Well my rookie season in the IFBB PRO League is coming to a close! I have had an amazing first run this year in the sport I love! I’ve definitely learned a lot about myself and where to improve for next year and to ultimately make it to the Olympia. I brought home a top 4 finish in Denver, learned what not to do for my show day in New Orleans, and used that knowledge to bring my best package ever and another top 4 here in Vancouver! I wouldn’t be where I am without my stellar coaching by @kashguidry , my trainer @showtimephysique pushing me past my limits in the gym, and the best tans in business @liquidsunrayz . Big thanks to @bombshell.productions for the stage color being on point and just how I like it! This final stretch has been the toughest I’ve ever been through, I didn’t talk about it but I suffered a muscle pull to my Teres major about 2 weeks prior to this show and was unable to train my back at all. Working around the injury was definitely a struggle but if you want something bad enough you do what it takes! Now I’m ready to wrap it up and head into a long offseason of recovery and growth so I can hit the stage harder than ever next year! Thank you to everyone who supported me and reached out to me! Your messages and encouragement mean the world to me! #TIMETOEAT#vancouverproshow#Vancouverpro#alean225lbsherewecome
